Best applied to freshly cleansed skin. Take a half-teaspoon amount into wet hands, and rub together to create a creamy lather. Massage over the face in circular motions (taking care to avoid the delicate eye area). Aim to massage for one minute, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with your normal serums and moisturizers. Suitable for daily use for tolerant skin, or twice-weekly use for those with more sensitive skin, or those using other exfoliating serums and/or treatments.
