On freshly cleansed skin, apply your serums, moisturisers and/or oils – you want skin to feel well lubricated so the roller can glide easily over the skin, and there’s no risk of tugging or pulling. With the larger side of the roller, start in the centre of your face and gently roll outwards and upwards (towards your hairline). Then, move through the chin area, rolling outwards towards the ears, and down the sides of the neck. Use the smaller roller gently around the eye area, moving from the nose out to the temples.
